The customer is responsible for identifying, administering, and paying any delivery fees, taxes or VAT needed by the buyer's jurisdiction (please contact us to establish the delivery price for orders outside UAE).

aedstore.ae is not liable for taxes, customs, or clearance fees in the country of the customer.

We will apply Warranties to all machines purchased from aedstore.ae; however, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item for repair and returning the machine(s) to the customer.

​

Training and instruction for consumers outside the UAE will be provided online or, if necessary, via educational videos.
